Delve into the history of an infamous few days in September 1666 which left destructive consequences for the people of London. Admire the iconic sites and stories of the Great Fire, from its beginning on Pudding Lane to its outer edges, near present-day Smithfield Market.

During this 90-minute walk, visitors will hear tales of the Great Fire and will walk through the incredible 2000 year history of the City of London. Passing Smithfield Market, St Paul’s Cathedral and The Monument, visitors will experience the last remnants of London before the fire of 1666 and end their journey close to the spot where the fire began, and today is remembered.
