How do you like to start your day in London? For some, yoga is top of the agenda. Stretching those limbs, exploring your inner Zen and introducing a soothing yoga session to your schedule is a perfect way to motivate you through the rest of your week. Yoga promises to motivate and relax you – and what way to increase those delicious bursts of energy, than with a beautiful view to compliment your choice of exercise?

Check out these top views in London to practise yoga. You can thank us later.

1.    The Sky Garden, 1 Sky Garden Walk

Prepare to have your breath taken away – not literally, we hope – by the stunning views of London, courtesy of the Sky Garden. Their daily yoga classes are held from 6:30am on weekdays and 8am on Saturdays, allowing you to capture an astounding scope of the city as the sun slowly rises above it. You can even enjoy a beautiful, well deserved breakfast after your workout too. Hurry though – tickets sell out fast!

2.    Yogarise, B2.1, Bussey Building, 133 Rye Ln

Run by two local yoga enthusiasts in Peckham, Yogarise is an ace way to begin your morning ‘ommmm’ routine. In the summer, classes are held outside in a separate rooftop space, meaning that you can control your breathing in the fresh air of the city, surrounded by the atmospheric sights and sounds of London.

3.    Fat Buddah Yoga, various locations

Buddha Yoga is a form of relaxation you cannot miss. From Shoreditch to Holborn, from rooftops to luxury hotels, the classes are a mixed bag meaning you can choose your preferred location and feel out the vibes as you please. We definitely recommend unrolling your mat for the Flex in the Sky event, which are held on Mondays and located on the 42nd floor of the Leadenhall building.

4.    The Shard, 32 London Bridge St

This wouldn’t be an accurate list of best views without The Shard making an appearance. The iconic building located in Central London holds popular yoga classes on Saturdays. Although fairly pricy, you’re promised an ace workout and a fabulous, panoramic view of the city. And if that doesn’t sway you…well, you know, you will be doing yoga in the Shard, which is definitely one activity to tick off your bucket list.
